All trainees are required to fill-in
the online registration and submit it during the first day of the registration
and also the parental consent form and medical certification form together with
the deposit slip. All other requirements stipulated to the letter addressed to
the concerned parents of the qualified MTG trainees must be accomplished on or
before March 31, 2020.
Each trainee
shall be charged with a non-refundableparticipation fee of Php 4,000.00 which is inclusive of
meals, hotel accommodation, T-shirt, certificate, and training materials.

Slots are very LIMITED and on a FIRST
COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS.
Every
participant in the said training is required to accomplish the online
registration forms and is requested to do the following instructions for
participants to be official:

Note: See to it, the deposit slip must have your child’s complete name
printed on it.
2. After payment is made, scan the deposit slip
and do the online registration at www.mtgphil.org. Once you are at the portal
of MTG website, click the “Events” menu and choose the 2020 YMIITPOnline Registrationto start filling up the necessary
information.
3. Make it a point to attach the scanned
deposit slip as indicated during the online registration. You need to use a
gmail account for you to upload the scanned deposit slip. If you do not have a
gmail account, you are required to create one.
4. An Electronic Bar Code (EBC) will be sent to
your email address. Print and present it during registration day of the YMIITP.
Please make a follow-up in case of
non-receipt of the electronic form
with student barcode within a week.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:We will only officially recognize participants to the
2020 MTG YMIITP oncewe receive the scanned deposit slip and after
you fill-up the electronic form. Deadline of registration is on March 31, 2020.

Please find time
to read and explain to your child the online registration details and house
rules before confirming his
participation. Strict adherence to these rules will ensure prompt and
successful training program. This same communication will be sent to the
principal and/or administrator where your child is currently enrolled. It is
highly advisable to coordinate with the MTG center coordinator if you have any
questions or clarifications regarding the 2020 MTG YMIITP. Or always log-on to www.mtgphil.org for
updates and other important matters.
